Learn MoreDr. Ntuli Angyelile Kapologwe is a Tanzanian public health leader, researcher, and strategic health systems expert with over 20 years of professional experience, including 15 years in top-level leadership. He currently serves as the Director General of the East, Central and Southern Africa Health Community (ECSA-HC).
A physician by training and a policy strategist by practice, Dr. Ntuli has pioneered initiatives that transformed primary healthcare delivery in Tanzania and beyond. His leadership in developing the m-mama emergency transport system, expanding Community Health Worker programs, overseeing the construction of over 3,800 health facilities, and steering pandemic responses showcases his impact on health access, equity, and system resilience.
